These General Terms of Use (hereinafter « the General Terms ») govern your navigation on all pages of the SPART XTREM website accessible at en.spartxtrem.com (hereinafter « the SPART XTREM website »).
The General Terms constitute a contract under French law between you (hereinafter « the User ») and the association Outdoor Academy, a non-profit organization under the 1901 Law [SIREN: 914 281 480], which publishes and manages the SPART XTREM website (hereinafter « the Association »).
